Digital workbook delivery

The Estranged Adult's Peace is a digital PDF product. After purchase, access is delivered electronically to the email address used at checkout.

Refund requests

Because digital products can be accessed immediately, purchases are generally final once the download link has been delivered. If you purchased by mistake, cannot access the file, or believe there is an issue with your order, contact us within 14 days at hello@gentlesoulstudio.com.

Duplicate purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, contact us with the purchase email and order details so we can review the duplicate charge.
